Human IL17A/F SuperSet ELISA Kit

This colorimetric ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the detection of human IL-17A/F in research samples. It recognizes both natural and recombinant human IL-17A/F and shows no cross reactivity with other human cytokines. The assay range is 15.6 pg/ml - 500 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 6.6 pg/ml, and the kit is intended for use with human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples, using a sample size of 100 µl. Total incubation time from sample to end is 3h45.

Each DIY ELISA Kit contains a capture and biotinylated detection antibody, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB, and detailed procedure including buffer composition.
