Human IL13 SuperSet ELISA Kit

This colorimetric do-it-yourself (DIY) ELISA from Assay Genie is intended for the detection and measurement of human interleukin-13 (IL-13). Reactive with human samples, it is validated for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.

Reported performance characteristics include an assay range of 3.12 pg/ml to 100 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 1.5 pg/ml. The total incubation time from sample to endpoint is 2 hours and 15 minutes using a 100 µl sample volume. The assay recognises both natural and recombinant human IL-13 and shows no cross-reactivity with other human cytokines.

The SuperSet DIY ELISA Kit is supplied with capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, and a detailed protocol including buffer composition. Each kit contains a highly optimised antibody pair and a purified recombinant standard, supporting detection of IL-13 in cell culture supernatants as well as in more complex matrices such as serum and plasma.
