Human IL12 p70 SuperSet ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human IL-12 p70 in research samples. Specific to the p70 heterodimer, the assay recognizes both natural and recombinant human IL-12 and reports no cross-reactivity with other human cytokines.

Validated for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples at a volume of 100 µl per well, the kit includes carefully optimized capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, a purified recombinant protein standard, Streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, one standard per plate, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition.

Designed as a DIY ELISA for pharmaceutical and biotechnology research, the assay delivers an assay range of 6.25 pg/ml - 200 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 3 pg/ml, supporting work in cancer and immunology. Components are stored at -20°C.
