Human IL12/IL23 p40 SuperSet ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie as part of the DIY ELISA range, this kit provides a colorimetric sandwich ELISA for the quantitative detection of human IL-12/IL-23 p40 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and buffered solution samples. It is intended for immunology research, including analyte detection in cell culture supernatants and in more complex matrices such as serum and plasma.

The assay has a working range of 62.5 pg/ml – 2000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 20 pg/ml, determined with an Assay Genie ELISA kit. The antibody pair recognises the p40 monomer, dimer and heterodimer (p40+p35) forms of the molecule and shows no cross-reactivity with other human cytokines. A 100 µl sample volume is required, with a total incubation time of 1 hour 45 minutes from sample to end.

Each kit contains capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate and a detailed protocol including buffer composition.
