Human IL10 SuperSet ELISA Kit

This Human IL-10 DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for immunology research, using a colorimetric detection method and reactive with human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant. The assay covers a range of 12.5 pg/ml to 400 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 5 pg/ml, and recognizes both natural and recombinant human IL-10.

Each run requires a 100 µl sample volume, with a total incubation time from sample to end of 2 hours 45 minutes. The kit shows no cross-reactivity with other human cytokines and no cross-reactivity with viral IL-10, while cross-reactivity with simian IL-10 is observed.

Contents include capture and biotinylated detection antibodies, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition, making it suitable for analyte detection in cell culture supernatants as well as more complex matrices such as serum and plasma.
