Human IL1 beta SuperSet ELISA Kit

An Assay Genie DIY ELISA Kit for the quantitative detection of human IL-1 beta in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for immunology research in pharmaceutical and biotech settings.

Each kit contains a highly optimised antibody pair and a purified recombinant protein standard. The antibodies recognise both natural (pro and mature) and recombinant human IL-1b, with no cross reactivity with other human cytokines. Supplied reagents comprise capture and biotinylated detection antibody, one standard per plate, Streptavidin-HRP, TMB, and a detailed procedure including buffer composition.
