Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is a 25 kDa hematopoietic cytokine critical for B-cell and T-cell development, making it a frequent target in immunology and oncology research. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of human IL-7 across cell culture supernatants, citrated plasma and serum-derived samples using a microplate-based format with biotin-streptavidin signal amplification. Capture antibodies are human-specific with no significant cross-reactivity with murine or rat IL-7. Reconstituted standards and the biotinylated detection antibody should be stored frozen at -20 degrees C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles; the microplate and concentrated wash buffer are shipped refrigerated.
