Human IL-7 ELISA Kit (HUES01809)

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative determination of human Interleukin-7 (IL-7) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is specific for human samples. Its target, IL-7, is a cytokine involved in the growth and development of immune cells, with research relevance to autoimmune disease, inflammatory conditions and certain cancers.

Manufacturer-specified performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 4.69 pg/mL, a detection range of 7.81–500 pg/mL, and a recovery range of 80–120%. The assay is completed in approximately 3 hours 30 minutes and uses a sample volume of 100 μL. Storage is at 2–8 °C. The kit is supplied for research use only.
