Human IL-6R ELISA Kit (HUES01459)

This colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative determination of human IL-6R in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The kit uses a sandwich-ELISA format with a recommended sample volume of 100 μL and a total assay time of 3 h 30 min.

Performance data: sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a detection range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, with recovery reported at 80%-120%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and cell culture media at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Sample-type recovery: EDTA plasma (n=8) range 88-100%, average 95%; cell culture media (n=8) range 86-100%, average 91%. Intra-assay CV% values were 4.54, 4.39 and 4.58, while inter-assay CV% values were 8.65, 7.95 and 8.37. The kit shows no significant cross-reactivity or interference between human IL-6R and analogues.

The kit targets human IL-6R (UniProt P08887), with listed synonyms including IL6R, CD126, IL-6R-1, IL-6R-Alpha, IL6Q, IL6RA, IL6RQ and gp80.
