Human IL-6R ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human Interleukin-6 receptor subunit alpha (IL-6R) and is intended for research use only. It supports immunological research into inflammation, autoimmune disease, and cancer-related pathways where IL-6R signalling is implicated.

The assay is suitable for human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Performance figures quoted by Assay Genie include a detection range of 62.5-4000pg/mL, a sensitivity of 15.6pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 3.8% and an inter-assay CV of 7.5%. Linearity has been characterised across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16.
