Human IL-4R/IL-4 receptor ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human IL-4R (interleukin-4 receptor subunit alpha, UniProt P24394). The kit is configured as a double-antibody sandwich assay with a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm following TMB substrate development, and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance has been characterised with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Spiked recovery averages 95% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 92% in heparin plasma, while dilutional linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions falls between 80% and 104% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months.
