Human IL-3RA ELISA Kit (HUFI02103)

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Interleukin-3 Receptor Alpha (IL-3RA), also known as CD123, in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses colorimetric detection and is intended for cell biology research, referencing UniProt entry P26951.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity was evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions in spiked samples: serum (n=5) at 86-104%, 85-97%, and 80-99%; EDTA plasma (n=5) at 88-103%, 82-93%, and 88-99%; and heparin plasma (n=5) at 89-104%, 86-101%, and 82-99%. Spike-and-recovery testing returned average recoveries of 96% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma.

The workflow uses a primary incubation at 37°C, followed by biotinylated detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB substrate color development, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
