Human IL-3RA ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for quantitative detection of mouse Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha (IL-3ra). The target, also known as CD123, Sut-1, IL-3 receptor subunit alpha, and Interleukin-3 receptor class II alpha chain, is measured with mouse reactivity. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.72pg/mL, with intra-assay CV of 6.2% and inter-assay CV of 7.6%. Linearity has been demonstrated from 81-112% across serum (95-106%, 81-90%, 100-109%, 94-103% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16 dilutions), EDTA plasma (85-94%, 102-112%, 93-103%, 84-97%), and heparin plasma (100-110%, 87-97%, 96-106%, 93-106%).
