Human IL-36 gamma ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double antibody immunoassay from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of human interleukin-36 gamma. The kit is reactive with human samples and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with detection carried out by colorimetric measurement of TMB substrate at 450 nm. Reagents are supplied for storage at 2–8°C and are stable for 12 months under those conditions.

Assay performance characteristics, as listed by the manufacturer, include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Linearity has been evaluated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 using serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n = 5 per matrix). Spike-and-recovery performance has also been reported across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. The assay has been cited in published research on respiratory viral infection and lung inflammation, including a 2021 study in Cell Death & Disease.
