Human IL-35 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human IL-35 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and cell or tissue lysate samples. The assay uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich detection format with a reported sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Manufacturer-reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum (n=5) 83-98%, 84-100%, 86-100%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 86-97%, 85-100%, 87-101%; heparin plasma (n=5) 85-97%, 80-95%, 87-105%. Recovery ranges with averages: serum (n=5) 85-99% at 90%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 85-105% at 97%; heparin plasma (n=5) 85-97% at 97%.
