The Human IL-34 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables precise quantitative measurement of interleukin-34, a homodimeric cytokine that signals through the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor and regulates monocyte viability, macrophage polarization, and osteoclast precursor differentiation.

Investigators in immunology, rheumatology, bone metabolism, and oncology apply this capture-and-detection format to quantify IL-34 release in conditioned media from macrophage and osteoclast cultures, and to compare circulating IL-34 levels across patient cohorts with inflammatory or neoplastic disease.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, lyophilized recombinant standards, wash concentrate, substrate solution, and stop reagent for 96 individual determinations. An 8-point standard curve generated by serial dilution provides the quantitative reference for interpolating unknown concentrations.

Sample volume is 100 uL per well, with standards and unknowns plated in duplicate.
