Human IL-33 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double antibody format for the quantitative measurement of Interleukin-33 (IL-33) in human samples. The assay has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, with results read colorimetrically. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, and cell or tissue lysates, with compatibility also reported for other liquid sample types.

Reagents are stored at 2–8 °C for up to 12 months. The protocol involves equilibrating reagents to room temperature, loading standards and samples onto the pre-coated plate, incubating at 37 °C for primary antigen binding (90 minutes), adding a biotin-labelled detection antibody (37 °C, 60 minutes), binding HRP-Streptavidin (37 °C, 30 minutes), developing with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after stop solution is added. Sample preparation guidance covers serum (clot, centrifuge 1000 × g for 20 minutes), plasma (anticoagulant tubes, 1000 × g, 15 minutes, 2–8 °C), tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatant (2500 rpm, 5 minutes), and cell lysates.
