Human IL-32 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Interleukin-32 (IL-32), a secreted cytokine also referred to as Natural killer cells protein 4 (NK4) and Tumor necrosis factor alpha-inducing factor (TAIF). The colorimetric assay is configured for human reactivity and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatates, and other biological fluids.

Reported specifications for the kit include a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 12 pg/mL, with intra-assay CV of 4.9% and inter-assay CV of 6.3%. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, and recovery is reported as an average of 90% (range 84-96%) for serum and 92% (range 86-98%) for plasma. Specificity is stated for natural and recombinant human IL-32 (UniProt P24001).
