Human IL-31RA ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie intended for the quantitative detection of human Interleukin-31 receptor subunit alpha (IL-31RA). The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The reported detection range is 15.6-1000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 10pg/mL. Precision data show an intra-assay CV of 5.3% and an inter-assay CV of 10.1%. Recovery values are listed for serum (average 102%, range 96-108%) and plasma (average 104%, range 98-110%).
