Human IL-2RG ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the measurement of human IL-2RG (Cytokine receptor common subunit gamma), also referred to as Interleukin-2 receptor subunit gamma, gammaC, p64, or CD132. The colorimetric assay is reactive with human samples and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.098 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 7.3%, and an inter-assay CV of 10.1%. Recovery averages 101% in serum (range 95-107%) and 103% in plasma (range 97-109%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions spans 95-105%, 89-101%, 81-91%, and 111-119% for serum; 95-105%, 96-106%, 108-118%, and 107-117% for EDTA plasma; and 102-111%, 90-99%, 95-108%, and 103-113% for heparin plasma. The kit specifically detects natural and recombinant human Cytokine receptor common subunit gamma, a common subunit for the receptors of a variety of interleukins.
