Human IL-2R alpha/CD25 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human IL-2R alpha/CD25 levels in research samples. It employs a double-antibody sandwich detection format with colorimetric readout, providing high sensitivity at 56.25 pg/mL across a standard range of 93.75–6000 pg/mL. The kit is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types, making it versatile for immunological research applications.

The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents and the TMB substrate to room temperature, loading standards and samples onto the pre-coated plate, and incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes to allow antigen binding. A biotin-labeled detection antibody is then added with a 60-minute incubation, followed by HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes. Colour development with TMB substrate occurs in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and the reaction is stopped before absorbance is read at 450 nm.
