Human IL-28B ELISA Kit

The kit shows reactivity with human samples and is intended for research use only. It specifically recognises natural and recombinant human Interleukin-28B, also known as interferon lambda-3.

IL-28B is a secreted cytokine belonging to the IL-28/IL-29 family. It signals through the Jak-STAT pathway via the heterodimeric class II cytokine receptor composed of IL10RB and IL28RA, up-regulates MHC class I antigen expression, and displays both antiviral and antitumor activity. The kit reports a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.7pg/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
