Interleukin-28A (IFN-λ2) is a type III interferon that supports antiviral defense at epithelial and mucosal barriers, and is increasingly studied in hepatitis, respiratory viral infection, and tumor microenvironment research. The Assay Genie Human IL-28A ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of this cytokine in cell culture supernatants from treated cultures and in matched plasma or serum specimens from human donors.
