The IL-27 receptor alpha chain (IL-27RA, also known as WSX-1 or TCCR) pairs with gp130 to form the functional signaling receptor for IL-27, a heterodimeric cytokine that modulates T helper cell differentiation and downstream JAK/STAT signaling. This Assay Genie immunoassay enables quantitative measurement of human IL-27RA protein in laboratory specimens, supporting research in cytokine receptor biology, T cell immunology, and inflammatory signaling pathways.
