Human IL-27/EBI3 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of IL-27/EBI3 in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double antibody sandwich format with a colorimetric readout, and absorbance is measured at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/mL with an assay range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. The target is classified as a cytokine signaling molecule.

Validated linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions ranges from 82% to 101% across all matrices. Spike-and-recovery performance is 86–103% in serum, 85–104% in EDTA plasma and 90–105% in heparin plasma. The protocol comprises primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development for 10–20 minutes. Kit components are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
