Human IL-23 CLIA Kit (HUES00103)

From Assay Genie, this chemiluminescence-based ELISA Kit is configured as a sandwich CLIA assay intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human IL-23 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to Human IL-23; samples or standards are added, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-HRP conjugate, and the resulting relative light unit (RLU) is measured on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer and compared to a standard curve.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 7.50 pg/mL and a detection range of 12.50–800 pg/mL, with a recommended sample volume of 100 µL and an assay time of 4.5h. Specificity testing shows that the kit recognises Human IL-23 in samples, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human IL-23 and analogues observed. Reproducibility is reported with both intra-CV and inter-CV below 15%. Reported intra-assay CV (%) values include 9.97, 8.61 and 8.24, and inter-assay CV (%) values include 11.13, 10.13 and 9.96 across the tested sample levels. Average recovery has been measured at 95% for serum (n=5, range 89–102%), 94% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 88–101%) and 91% for cell culture media (n=5, range 85–100%).
