Human IL-22 ELISA Kit (HUFI00170)

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Interleukin-22 (IL-22) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Using a double-antibody sandwich format, it delivers a detection range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL.

The workflow uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), producing a colorimetric read-out with TMB substrate measured at 450 nm. Reported validation performance includes recovery of 89–104% (averaging 96–98%) and linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions of 80–104% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8 °C and remain stable for 12 months under those conditions.

IL-22 is a member of the IL-10 cytokine family with roles in immune regulation, inflammation, tissue repair, antimicrobial defence, and the development of certain autoimmune diseases, supporting research into inflammatory and immune response pathways.
