Human IL-22 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative measurement of human interleukin-22. The assay is reactive with human IL-22 and recognizes both natural and recombinant human Interleukin-22, with detection carried out by colorimetric ELISA read at 450 nm. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.6 pg/mL, with intra-assay CV of 6.1% and inter-assay CV of 8.3%. Linearity in serum (N=5) ranges from 101-111% at 1:2 to 108-120% at 1:16, in EDTA plasma from 110-119% to 89-98%, and in heparin plasma from 99-109% to 109-121%. Recovery averages 88% in serum (range 82-94%) and 90% in plasma (range 84-96%).

IL-22 (UniProt Q9GZX6) is a secreted cytokine that contributes to the inflammatory response in vivo and belongs to the IL-10 family, with research applications in immunology. The kit is intended for research use only.
