The Human IL-21 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of interleukin-21, a pleiotropic cytokine central to B-cell differentiation, T follicular helper cell function, and NK cell maturation.

Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized standards, wash concentrate, assay diluent, and TMB substrate. Researchers load 100 µL of standard or prepared sample per well, with incubations performed at room temperature.
