Human IL-20RA/IL-20 R alpha ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of human interleukin-20 receptor subunit alpha (IL-20RA) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich assay uses colorimetric detection and reaches a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL over a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL.

Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with recovery averages of 97% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma, and 98% in heparin plasma. The kit supports cell biology research into IL-20RA signalling, a pathway linked to inflammatory and autoimmune mechanisms as well as skin-related disease, where dysregulated IL-20 receptor activity has been observed. Unopened reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
