Human IL-20RA ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Interleukin-20 receptor subunit alpha (IL-20RA) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Detection is by ELISA and the assay is specific for natural and recombinant human IL-20RA.

IL-20RA forms a heterodimer with IL-20RB to serve as a receptor for IL-19, IL-20 and IL-24, and pairs with IL-10RB to act as a receptor for IL-26. The assay covers a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.1ng/mL. Reported intra-assay CV is 3.9% and inter-assay CV is 7.6%. Recovery in serum averages 96% (range 90-102%) and in plasma averages 98% (range 92-104%). The kit is for research use only within immunology, including studies of inflammatory responses, skin disorders and autoimmune conditions.

Kit components include a dismountable 8×12-strip ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, sample diluent, assay diluents A and B, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Sample absorbance is read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.
