Human IL-20 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Interleukin-20 (IL-20) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay provides a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 6.1 pg/mL, with a reported intra-assay CV of 4.5% and inter-assay CV of 7.9%.

Recovery has been validated at an average of 93% (range 87-99%) for serum and 95% (range 89-101%) for plasma. Linearity is demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Interleukin-20.

IL-20 is a proinflammatory and angiogenic cytokine of the IL-10 family, implicated in epidermal function and psoriasis, with signalling activity reported through STAT3. The kit is supplied with a microplate, lyophilized standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution, and is intended for research use only.
