Human IL-2 R beta PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0773)

The PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie targets the beta subunit of the human interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2Rβ, also known as CD122), a 75 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on activated T lymphocytes, natural killer (NK) cells, and select B-cell populations. By quantifying soluble IL-2Rβ shed into circulation, researchers can monitor T-cell activation status, immune dysregulation in autoimmune disease, and lymphocyte proliferation during transplant rejection and hematologic malignancy studies. The kit ships as a complete microplate package with pre-coated capture antibody, biotinylated detection reagent, and TMB-based substrate for chromogenic readout at the end of the assay. Each kit contains enough reagents for the stated number of determinations, along with serial dilution standards for building a calibration curve. Reagents should be stored refrigerated and equilibrated to room temperature before use; the substrate vial must be protected from light. Reconstituted standards and diluted samples should be aliquoted to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles and preserve antigen-binding activity.
