The Human IL-2 R alpha (CD25) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative two-antibody immunoassay developed to measure soluble interleukin-2 receptor alpha in human cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum. The assay reports analyte concentration via a colorimetric readout and supports immunology, transplantation, autoimmunity, and inflammation research workflows where CD25 levels are used as a marker of T-cell activation status.

Capture and detection antibodies are human-specific, and the kit shows no significant cross-reactivity with related receptors such as IL-2 R beta or IL-15 R alpha.
