Human IL-1RN ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative measurement of human Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist protein (IL-1RN) in human samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples only [C0][S1].

According to the manufacturer, the kit detects IL-1RN across a range of 0.156-10 ng/mL, with a reported sensitivity of 0.045 ng/mL. Precision data show an intra-assay CV of 6.2% and an inter-assay CV of 10.3%. Spike-and-recovery values are 101% (range 95-107%) for serum and 103% (range 97-109%) for plasma [S1]. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Interleukin-1 receptor antagonist protein, and the target is documented in UniProt under accession P18510 with a molecular weight of 16,142 Da [S1].
