Designed for the accurate quantification of human Interleukin-1 receptor type 2 (IL1R2), this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables reliable measurement of IL1R2 levels in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human Interleukin-1 receptor type 2, with a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 12 pg/mL.

Reported precision values include an intra-assay CV of 4.4% and an inter-assay CV of 7.2%. Spike-and-recovery performance is documented at an average of 99% (range 93-105%) for serum and 101% (range 95-107%) for plasma. Dilutional linearity has been characterised across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Sample reactivity is limited to human specimens.
