Human IL-1R1 ELISA Kit (HUES02132)

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human IL-1R1 (Interleukin-1 receptor type 1) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and runs in 3 h 30 min. The kit specifically recognizes human IL-1R1, and no significant cross-reactivity or interference between human IL-1R1 and analogues was observed.

Stated sensitivity is 0.1 ng/mL with a detection range of 0.16-10 ng/mL. Recovery is reported as 80%-120%, with EDTA plasma (n=8) measured at 92-104% range (average 97%) and cell culture media (n=8) at 92-107% range (average 100%). The recommended sample volume is 100 µL. Components supplied include a dismountable micro ELISA plate, reference standard, concentrated biotinylated detection antibody (100×) and HRP conjugate (100×), reference standard and sample diluent, biotinylated detection antibody diluent, HRP conjugate diluent, concentrated wash buffer (25×), substrate reagent, stop solution, plate sealer, a technical manual and a certificate of analysis, with storage between 2-8°C and -20°C depending on the component.
