Human IL-19 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit with colorimetric detection is intended for the quantitative measurement of human Interleukin 19 (IL-19). It is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. IL-19 (synonyms include MDA1, ZMDA1, IL-10C, and melanoma differentiation associated protein-like protein; UniProt Q9UHD0) is a cytokine implicated in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation, and is studied as a biomarker in autoimmune disease, allergic reactions, and inflammatory disorders.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions has been demonstrated in n=5 samples for serum (86-98%, 87-101%, 85-100%), EDTA plasma (80-96%, 88-105%, 85-101%) and heparin plasma (89-98%, 82-101%, 86-100%). Spiked recovery averages are 100% in serum (range 86-104%), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 91-100%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 85-101%). The six-step workflow uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reagents are supplied for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.
