Description
This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is configured for the quantitative measurement of human IL-17RB (Interleukin-17 receptor B) using a double-antibody format. It is intended for cell biology research and targets UniProt entry Q9NRM6.
The protocol uses incubation steps at 37°C, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for up to 12 months. The kit reacts specifically with human IL-17RB.
