Human IL-17RB ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the measurement of human Interleukin-17 receptor B (IL-17RB) in research samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. It demonstrates a detection range of 0.156-10 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.065 ng/mL, and shows an intra-assay CV of 5.3% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%.

Linearity has been confirmed across serial dilutions (1:2 to 1:16) for serum (112-122% to 100-110%), EDTA plasma (111-121% to 97-106%), and heparin plasma (109-119% to 108-120%). Reported spike-and-recovery averages are 98% for serum (range 92-104%) and 100% for plasma (range 94-106%). The kit specifically recognises natural and recombinant human Interleukin-17 receptor B (UniProt Q9NRM6), an integral membrane receptor for the proinflammatory cytokines IL17B and IL17E that may contribute to the control of hematopoietic cell growth and differentiation.
