The Human IL-17F ELISpot Pair from Assay Genie supplies matched capture and detection antibodies for enumerating IL-17F-secreting cells at single-cell resolution on PVDF or nitrocellulose membrane-bottom plates. This human-specific antibody pair supports ELISpot workflows using peripheral blood mononuclear cells, splenocyte cultures, or other primary lymphocyte preparations, and is validated for cell culture supernatants and serum samples.
