Human IL-17F ELISA Kit (HUEB0046)

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the measurement of human Interleukin-17F (IL-17F) using a colorimetric method. The assay is intended for research use only and is specific for natural and recombinant human IL-17F. IL-17F, also known by the synonym Cytokine ML-1, is a secreted cytokine that acts as a ligand for IL17RA and IL17RC and contributes to inflammatory responses and immune regulation, within the immunology research area.

Validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, the assay has a manufacturer-reported detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 3.9pg/mL. Reported precision values are an intra-assay CV of 5.7% and an inter-assay CV of 9.8%. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in serum (94-118%), EDTA plasma (95-112%) and heparin plasma (90-114%). Spike-and-recovery performance is reported as 97% (range 91-103%) for serum and 99% (range 93-105%) for plasma.
