Human IL-17E/IL-25 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human IL-17E, also referred to as IL-25, in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, offering a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL.

IL-17E (IL-25) is a cytokine that contributes to the regulation of immune responses and inflammation, and is involved in conditions such as allergic inflammation, asthma, and autoimmune diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions. The kit is suited to research investigating the role of IL-17E/IL-25 in immune and inflammatory pathways. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

The procedure involves incubating standards and samples on the pre-coated plate at 37°C for 90 minutes, followed by addition of a biotin-labeled detection antibody (60 minutes), an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (30 minutes), and TMB substrate (10–20 minutes in the dark). Absorbance is measured at 450 nm immediately after adding the stop solution.
