Human IL-17B ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is designed to quantify human Interleukin-17B (IL-17B) levels in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The colorimetric assay detects natural and recombinant human IL-17B with a detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 7.8pg/mL.

Precision has been characterised with an intra-assay CV of 3.5% and inter-assay CV of 5.9%. Intended for research use only, the kit supports work within the immunology research area. IL-17B is a secreted cytokine reported to stimulate the release of tumor necrosis factor alpha and IL-1-beta from the monocytic cell line THP-1.

Linearity was assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with recovery averaging 97% (range 91-103%) in serum and 99% (range 93-105%) in plasma.
