The Human IL-17A/F ELISpot Pair from Assay Genie provides matched capture and detection antibodies for the single-cell resolution detection of IL-17A and IL-17F secreting cells. IL-17A and IL-17F are closely related pro-inflammatory cytokines predominantly produced by Th17 CD4+ T cells, and play central roles in mucosal immunity, autoimmune pathogenesis, and chronic inflammatory disease models.

Supplied as an antibody pair rather than a complete pre-coated kit, the reagents are intended for use with researcher-supplied PVDF or nitrocellulose-backed ELISpot plates, offering flexibility in plate format and membrane selection.
