Human IL-17A DIY ELISA Kit

The Human IL-17A DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built for researchers studying interleukin-17A, the signature cytokine of Th17 cells that drives inflammation in autoimmune and chronic inflammatory conditions. The do-it-yourself format supplies bulk reagents that can be portioned across up to 10 plates, allowing each lab to coat, block, and develop only the plates it needs for a given experiment.

The protocol is intended for research use only and supports measurement of IL-17A from cell culture supernatants and other human-derived sample types. Capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, standard, streptavidin-HRP, and substrate are all included.
