Human IL-17 CLIA Kit (HUES00101)

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human IL-17 — also referred to as IL-17A, IL17, IL17A, and CTLA8 — in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a Sandwich-CLIA principle: a pre-coated micro CLIA plate captures the analyte, after which a biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate are added sequentially. The resulting Relative Light Unit (RLU) value, read on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer, is positively correlated with Human IL-17 concentration.

Reported performance specifications include a sensitivity of 7.50 pg/mL and a detection range of 12.50–800 pg/mL, with an assay time of 3.5h. The recommended sample volume is 100 μL, and both intra-assay and inter-assay coefficients of variation are stated to be < 15%.
