The Human IL-13 R alpha 1 protein (also designated CD213a1 or IL13RA1) is a low-affinity receptor chain that dimerizes with IL-4R alpha to assemble the type II IL-13 receptor complex. This heterodimer transduces IL-13 signals in non-hematopoietic tissues and is central to studies of airway inflammation, goblet cell hyperplasia, hepatic and pulmonary fibrosis, atopic dermatitis, and tumor microenvironment immunomodulation.

This Assay Genie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of human IL-13 R alpha 1 in cell culture supernatants, plasma specimens, and serum specimens, supporting in vitro and translational research workflows. The assay covers a standard curve range of 15.6–1000 pg/mL with a minimum detectable dose of approximately 7.8 pg/mL, and is configured for 96-assay format with pre-coated microplate wells, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant human protein standards, and a complete assay buffer set.
