Human IL-13 ELISpot Kit

The Assay Genie Human IL-13 ELISpot Kit enables sensitive, single-cell resolution detection of IL-13 secreting cells, quantifying spot-forming units (SFU) per well from stimulated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. This ELISpot method uses a human-specific capture antibody pre-coated onto a microplate, supporting Th2 immune response profiling, allergen reactivity studies, and vaccine-induced cytokine release monitoring. Each well accommodates a 100 µL sample volume, with sensitivity reaching single-digit pg/mL for IL-13 detection in cell culture supernatants and serum.
