Human IL-12p70 ELISpot Kit

This ELISpot assay from Assay Genie enables single-cell resolution detection of human IL-12p70-secreting cells, capturing the bioactive heterodimer (p35/p40) released by activated dendritic cells, macrophages, and B lymphocytes. Pre-coated capture antibodies on a microplate permit enumeration of cytokine-producing cells as discrete immunospots following short-term cell culture. Each kit provides a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, AEC substrate, wash buffer, and lyophilized standard, sufficient for 96 Assays run in duplicate.
